Thanks to our continued year over year growth, we are now able to offer our vendors and exhibitors a very simple, 3-Step, online registration - and we can now accept payments online! - Step 1 - Read & Understand the Exhibitor/Vendor Rules & Regulations located on this page.
- Step 2 - Complete the online Registration Form.
- Step 3 - Complete payment of $10. (Fee goes towards cash prize that will be awarded to the best decorated trunk and you receive admission for 1 person into the event.)
Step 1 - Exhibitor / Vendor Rules
11)1) Parking space is NOT transferable. No space will be fully reserved or guaranteed until payment is received. Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will incur a $35 fee, and may result in loss of space. Once payment is received, NO Refunds will be offered unless
event is cancelled by Event Manager or a disaster occurs preventing the event to take place.
2) By ordering space, Exhibitor/Vendor agrees their space will be operational, and occupied at all times the event is open to the public (No Exceptions). Event staff will not be able to watch any Exhibitor’s/Vendor’s space. Liability waiver: Exhibitors/Vendors agree to discharge Izzy’s Little Creepers, and it’s staff, from any lawsuits or claims based on property loss or damage.
3) Festival participants must have trunk completely set up, and operational, by 11:30am on October 27th (Sun). You must remain set up, and operational during the entire event through 4pm October 27th (Sun). If you must arrive late, or leave early, please let us know in advance or call or email Event Manager @ 270-735-2057, [email protected]. Failing to do so may result in a fine, and prevent Exhibitor/Vendor from future consideration to participate in Festival.
4) Changing assigned locations or spaces is NOT possible at the event. Adding racks, additional tables, or displays to your space is permitted as long as you do not exceed the boundary of your paid space (including into the other exhibitor’s space). Assigned space locations may not change without Izzy’s Little Creepers approval.
5) Each Exhibitor will be granted one day pass for (Sunday). This pass will allow entry into the event one day with no special entry to events that may require an additional fee. Additional people, and those not indicated in advance, may have to pay
full admission for entry. Please contact us if you have any questions.
6) Izzy’s Little Creepers has the right to refuse, or remove, any displays or displayed material we may find inappropriate for public viewing (including, but not limited to, pornographic or extremely graphic in nature). This is intended to be a family friendly event, and all Exhibitors/Vendors will recognize as so. Please notify us in advance if you may have any material you think may be offensive.
7) Any Exhibitor/Vendor or member of Exhibitor/Vendor who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and displays any disruptive behavior, will be asked to leave with NO refund given on any fees paid in advance.
8) Good Neighbor Policy: Exhibitors/Vendors are asked to observe the “Good Neighbor Policy”. Conducts should be conducted in a manner not to be objectionable or offensive to neighboring Exhibitors. If you intend to play loud music or drum
during the festival, please indicate so on this agreement so that we may place you accordingly.
9) You must provide your own candy. All candy must be store bought and in original packaging. If you'd like to provide nut-free or gluten free options you are more than welcome to do so. You may also hand out promotional material so long as it is age appropriate.
10) We encourage you to dress up according to your theme for your trunk. You are welcome to decorate it in any theme you'd like so long as it's age appropriate and kid friendly.
11) As a Vendor you are required to promote, share and post to your social media platforms about Night Risers Con for a minimum of 30 days as per our Terms and Conditions. (This helps to promote the event on multiple platforms and allows us to reach a wider audience generating greater attendance volume.)
